Devoting Alolabi family experience, it gives us immense pleasure to share this story with you! As young boys, we also grew up with the flavors, sounds, and aromas of roasted nuts and exotic spices around us! The important lesson all of us sons and grandsons have learned from our fathers was this: the key to creating the perfect meal lie in the ingredients used.
The Present and the Past Collide
Our modern-day experience began in 1998, when we opened up our first store in the Al-Buzuriyah Spice Market, one of the oldest markets in Damascus, Amidst the historical stone structures of the original market, and it was here that we perfected our training. The tradition was continued in Dubai in 2012, where we remain to this day, residing in Al Barsha, our new home, carrying a family tradition of 300 years, transferring for those with a thirst for a fast-paced modern life, yet providing a means for those with a passion for authentic culture to take a taste of home.
