Terms of Service for ALOLABI GOURMET

By accessing or using the website chezolabi.com (the “Site”) and purchasing products from ALOLABI GOURMET (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). A. Product Information: We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are completely accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability. B. Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site (e.g., AED) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment; payment must be received by us prior to acceptance of an order. C. Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, error in pricing/product description).

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

A. Shipping: Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We ship orders from Dubai, UAE. B. Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. C. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

5. Intellectual Property Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALOLABI GOURMET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceedings related to your use of the Site or the purchase of products shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
